By accessing or using the pipbeam Support System (“Service”) provided by Henne IT-Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Access to our Support System is restricted to verified customers and invited beta testers.
- Customers: Must verify their account using a valid Order ID and the email address used during the purchase via Lemon Squeezy.
- Beta Testers: Must register using a valid, unexpired invite code.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) configurations, and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of the Support System
The Service is provided to assist you with inquiries, bug reports, and support related to pipbeam products. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, or abusive behavior toward our support staff.
- Upload files containing malware, viruses, or illegal content.
- Share your account or invite codes with unauthorized third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
Any code, solutions, or materials provided to you via the Support System remain the intellectual property of Henne IT-Solutions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henne IT-Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the email associated with your account.
